Chiropractic Care

Chiropractic Care is a science-based, drug-free alternative that is effective in alleviating a number of conditions, including back and neck pain, headaches, sports injuries, and motor vehicle injuries, to name a few.

While chiropractic is still primarily focused on hands-on techniques to diagnose and treat the muscles and joints of the body, it has evolved to include additional conservative treatments, such as nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle modifications to achieve optimal health.

Prenatal Chiropractic

Prenatal chiropractors are trained in delivering safe, gentle, and effective adjustments, to align the pelvis and include a soft tissue release of associated muscles and ligaments.

Chiropractic care during pregnancy can relieve pain and discomfort associated with stress on the spine from changing biomechanics. As your baby grows, and the uterus expands, the centre of gravity shifts, and can create pressure on the hips, pelvis, and lower back, resulting in low back pain, sciatica, and other conditions that are common in pregnancy.

Infant Chiropractic

Through all of childhood, chiropractic care for kids helps to ensure healthy and aligned growth as the child gets older.

For babies who go through birth trauma, chiropractic adjustments can help relieve sleep disturbances, difficulty nursing, unexplained colic, and increase the comfort of an infant.

Pediatric Chiropractic

The chiropractor has an important role in providing care to infants, children and adolescents for neuromusculoskeletal conditions that fall within the scope of chiropractic practice, as well as providing a conservative, natural approach to body mechanics, posture and function.
